Our History

The Nottingham Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (NMSTC) was set up in 1984 with the aim of enabling people with MS, their carers and their families, to manage the effects of the condition by alleviating the symptoms and improving their quality of life.

This involved providing therapies, treatments, advice and support. Today we continue to be a member led charity offering a relaxed environment and practical subsidised therapies. We also offer the use of exercise equipment such as the MotoMed bike and Vibration Trainer.

Although still predominantly offering support to people with MS, our open minded approach has led us to open our doors to people with a wide range of conditions that benefit from the therapies we provide.

People wishing to use the facilities at the centre are required to join as members.
